Not gonna get a good G-Sync monitor for that price, you're looking at 1080p 144hz which isn't a good choice with a 1070.
Get a standard 1440p 144hz monitor.
I can tell you right now G-Sync is really overhyped, and isn't really worth it unless you're going 1440p 144hz, at which point the price gets higher to around the 500 pound mark.

1440 144hz 24" TN option (TN doesn't make that much of a difference at 24"): http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/CwgPxr/dell-s2417dg-238-165hz-monitor-s2417dg

I would agree that you are better off with a higher framerate monitor with a 1070 GPU or better. GSync and FreeSync are better for lower framerates and a 1070 should be able to push any game @ 1080p well passed 60 FPS. If you are staying at 1080p, just go with a 144 Hz display and you will be pleased with the result.

That has a pretty awesome Freesync range if you do ever go with an AMD GPU.... 40-144Hz. There was a claim that is was 23-144Hz which would be Beastmode but more than 1 source is reporting actual 40-144Hz according to Crimson driver. Nice monitor.
