Why you stopped recommend the I5 3670k and I7 3770k? even the past Best Gaming CPU you said it is not time to recommend the fourth generation intel CPUs, why the next month start to recommend this fourth generation?

Best CPU ever.

Im just curious, because they said these fourth generation doesnt have any improvement talking about gaming, maybe a price drop?

Yes, rechecking the article it seems to be due to a price drop. Also, socket 1150 motherboards are now available in all price ranges, and have additional features like a lot more SATA 6Gb/s ports.
I've been running Omega as my primary since I upgraded it to a FX-8320. Most of the time, there is no meaningful difference between it and the i5-3570K in Phoenix. Where there is a difference, however, the i5 is faster. It also uses less power, so I will probably go back to it.

Read the article, they explain why:

The Core i5-4670K and Core i7-4770K also fell a few dollars. They're now almost on par with the previous-generation Core i5-3570K and Core i7-3770K. Because of this, and due to a tighter focus on LGA 1150-based motherboards, we think it's time to start recommending Haswell-based CPUs in the $200-and-over space, rather than older Ivy Bridge-based models.

Haswell's AVX2 might become a significant performance improvement once developers add the necessary code path to support it in their own software, run-time environment, application frameworks, libraries, other middleware, API back-ends, OS, drivers, etc.

Bias from toms hardware has gotten much much better from how it was a few years ago. Id say these are spot on, The most computers I sell are equipped with a AMD Athlon 750K/760K most people get them in ITX format and then throw a R9 290 on them and still come in under 900

Actually, the FX 8320 is a better CPU for the price and should be on this list. The 3350p doesn't make sense as you can get the i5 4440 for a similar price. On the other hand, changing the recommendation to the 4670k while the 3570k is $30 less doesn't make much sense to me.

both are good deals for potential haswell owners but not everyone can get to a microcenter.

Quite a bit slower for gaming, overall. Great for non-gaming tasks as long as they're well threaded.

The FX-8320 is better value. You should be able to get nearly the same overclocked performance, at a lower price.

The only problem for me is that I live in Australia, and nowhere sells the 8320 🙁

unfortunately, the article discusses u.s. prices and recommendations.
in your case an fx8320 may be better for money. from intel, the best would be core i5 4440. if you're more budget-constrained than i assume, then fx6300. fx cpus should be paired with at least 970 chipset motherboard. if you're looking for cpus (for gaming) at fx8350 price, then core i5 4570 would be better since it's cheaper. if you can get a better deal (under $220) for cpus like core i5 4670k from somewhere else, all the better.
