Best GPU for 250$

I am from Europe. I am looking for GPU for 200e so 250 dollars.
I was thinking about r9 280 asus or spphire. What do you guys think? I really dont wanna buy a s**** card.

I saw a deal on Newegg I believe where the r9 280 was $160... so I believe you can get a better card for that price.
