Best GPU for cousin?

I was thinking of buying a great graphics card for my cousin. He is mainly a console gamer and I want him to see the joys of PC gaming.

He has skyrim and other numerous graphic intensive games in his library, but his computer cannot run them.

So, I just need help finding a good graphics card that could play skyrim on ultra with a few graphical mods. His computer is store bought so I estimate he has a ~300 watt power-supply.

For that, I was thinking of purchasing a GTX 750TI or a GTX 660 for him. My budget is 230$.

so...u have 300w psu? need to change ur psu....both cannot handle with power supply..so get minimum 450w 80+ rated psu....
GTX 660 and GTX 750 Ti will do gaming with high details on skyrim....

you need to check his power supply, cause if not. That graphic card gonna be a waste
