I changed your build a bit. You don't really need the water cooling and all the fans. The 980Ti will run games much better at 1440p. The memory was overkill as Skylake memory doesn't scale well past 2666 mhz.

Go for Watercooling, the hassle it save you from cleaning dust is worth to have. Also remove some fan, go for classic one on bottom front and one in top back, it is work best that way.
Also your build is solid enough, if you have a love for the red camp and have the ca$h you can go for fury x for future proofing, if not go for little higher like neuronaut say R9 390X.
