Question Best GPU upgrade for 2200G

I'm looking for a GPU upgrade before changing the CPU too. While searching for prices, I found some people talking about bottlenecking and stuff, so I decided to search more about it and eventually I've found pc-builds and gpucheck.
There I've found some numbers and informations about the best GPU to use with this APU, and there were 5 options:
GTX 1050 (2/4GB) - 600-750 BRL (160-200 USD)
RX 570 (4/8GB) - 600-850 BRL (160-225 USD)
GTX 1060 (3/6GB - 900-1200 BRL (240-320 USD)*
RX 580 (4/8GB) - 850-900 BRL (225-240 USD)
GTX 1650 (4GB) - 700-900 BRL (185-240 USD)

So with my search, I've found some people using RX 580 and GTX 1060 with the 2200G and saying "it can handle" these graphics cards, while the sites I mentioned said there is low-mid bottleneck levels. So I'm confused, can I just get one of the higher tier graphics cards on the list (RX 580, GTX 1060 or higher) or take one my APU can handle with (RX 570, GTX 1050 or lower)?

OBS: Yes, I knew about the APU + GPU limitations before buying the PC. The only reason why I bought it anyway it was because my old PC was dying already, even the HD was with his days counted.

Don't worry too much about sites that try to quantify a "bottleneck" in a general sense or percentage.

A 2200G can pair well enough with an RX580*. In particularly CPU intensive titles, the 2200G may hold the 580 back a little bit, but that doesn't make it a "bad" pairing at all.

Remember though, if you're planning to upgrade the CPU soon enough, the limitation is mostly irrelevant.

Depending on what you're looking to achieve though, I wouldn't look to spend the upper end (~$240 USD) for a 580. The lower end of the 570's pricepoint seems reasonable.

Out of those cards I'd get the GTX 1650 or the RX 580 although that CPU might hold the 580 down in some titles and situations. So the 570 might be a more 'balanced' choice. If you can get a good price on a 580 though that's good too.

Having said all that, I'd get rid of the current low-quality PSU and get a good-quality 550W unit from Seasonic, Corsair or EVGA.

I was thinking about taking a Corsair, but because of the budget and some search about problems with the VS series I just said "you know what? I'm going for the same PSU my brother have". Can't go back unfortunately, but I'll search for a better one later.
