Question Best GPU upgrade for Emachine EL1333?

I was recently given a pretty old Emachine PC, the EL1333 SFF to be exact. I upgraded the CPU to an Athlon x2 b26 and plan to upgrade the RAM to 4gbs ddr2. The PC has a 250w power supply which limits the possible GPUs I could use. I know it's usually not worth upgrading these systems, but I need a PC for web browsing, tasks, and light gaming while I save up to get a better system. Which GPU would be suitable for this system?

Depends on budget. The rest of the system will heavily bottleneck any decent GPU.

Something like a GT1030 would be about the most i would put in it

I'm currently looking for a a GPU less than $30, like the HD 7570 or something close of equal performance and lower TDP. I don't wanna spend to much on a computer I won't have for long.
