my specifications:

4GB ram,
intel core i3 2105 processor,
450w psu low quality,
1tb hard disk,
gigabyte h61m-s1 mother board,

i want to play games like assassins creed origins and future games at max and ultra setting,

even if you had a 800$ graphics card budget you wont be playing anything at ultra with those specs. . imo id keep the 250$ and save for a new pc.
