Best graphic card for a 375w

Hey I have a Q6600, 4gb ddr2, 375w psu and I need to replace my video card (8800gt...)

Can I go for a 6850 hd or is it too much for my psu/cpu, should I aim more at a 5770 or even lower...

What is the make/model and or the rating on the 12V rail on your PSU?

It came with my Dell XPS 420 all I know is that it's 375w and from Dell.

Ok, Dell makes a good 375W psu, you have 2 18A rails with a combined 30A between them. I think a 6850 would be ok.
