Hello... Your Power Supply Wattage is Low for many Upgrade options... The best Low watts option would be a GTX 750 Ti.

Hello... if you want get down to calculating it for a "Perfect Fit" Look on your PS label for your +12 Vdc Current / amperage, What does your label say?

750 TI GPU needs 60 watts 60/12= 5 amps http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GeForce_700_series
You won't need a model with all those Fans On it... that may be the extra 15 watts or it is slightly Overclocked ?
