How about HD 7790, hd 7770, hd 7750, r7 250x, r7 260x - Anyone which will do?
Let me summarize your choices (I will list them in order of high performance to low)
7790, R7 260X and the gtx 750 are all in the same performance category but the 7790 and R7 260X require more power and a 6 pin connector which I doubt your psu has. The gtx 750 on the other hand is cheaper, uses less power and does not require external power
The 7770 and R7 250X fall in the same performance category but are slower than the cards above and again require a six pin connector and more power
The 7750 is the slowest from the bunch
Therefore the best card seems to be a gtx 750, the one I listed above
Hey Scremin34Egl but in a forum i found we get a 4 pin connector.
Which forum, provide a link

Ok, listen up, I did not say that your system is not going to bottleneck the gtx 750, in fact it will to some extent. Their is basically
no modern card that your system will not bottleneck and the games you want to play are very
cpu intensive. Your ram is also too low, you need a minimum if 4gb for those games. I suggested the 750 because it offers the best bang for buck about 8.5k compared to the R7 260X which is about 11k or so and they perform relatively close and the 750 will put less strain on your crappy power supply
What the guy on the other forum meant is that if you where to get the R7 260X you would need a 6 pin molex converter since your power supply doesn't have one to power the card
I will say this again, I strongly suggest you just save up and buy a complete new system or get the gtx 750/750ti or R7 260X (whatever makes you happy) and deal with the bottleneck and maybe add components slowly from their on
