best graphics card for streaming HD to my TV

I'm thinking maybe Radeon 7770/ R7 260x would do the trick?

They should benchmark streaming 1080 video to a TV as one of the testing parameters in the reviews.

Either will be fine, you can stream HD over most onboard GPU's.

In any case, my pc in the living room is running off a low profile 7750 and manages bluray with no issues at 1080p. Can also play just about any game at low-mid.
