Best Graphics Card with passive cooling

I am looking for a graphics card with passive cooling, no fans at all. Which one would give me best performance?

The fastest passive cooler I've seen out there is an HIS HD 4670

The HD 4850 is the fastest going by it's numbers. This is the Canadian site so you might want the US site.

HD 5750 is basically equivalent to HD 4850 with lower power requirements, technically less heat and has DX 11.
