BEST Graphics Card?

Which graphics card has the best resolution for TV Out?

I tried a friend's system that used the ATI All-in-wonder 128 Pro 32mb. I used the S-video out on a non-HDTV bigscreen TV, but the desktop and web fonts were a bit blurry. Tried different video settings but didn't get much improvement.

Resolution on a regular CRT TV using RCA cables was really bad.

Does the graphics card matter, or do I just need to buy a really expensive TV/monitor (which I can't afford)?

I have never tried one that was not blurry yet. They all suck in varying degrees of suckness. : ) Get a big monitor.

Balls, said the Queen if I had them I would be king!

It's only as good as your weakest link. In this case it will proably be the cable between the computer and the TV. Go out and buy some Monster Cable (S-video), and you should see a massive improvement. Don't forget though that unless you have a HD or Digital TV, you're running at something like 720*500 resolution on a tv.
