Best Graphics???

I just read Gamespy.com's annual awards. They gave best PC graphics to EVE Online. I never tried the game, so I'm not sure how they are. I was just wondering what game would you recommend to show off a new Graphics card.

I have that. It's incredible but too choppy even at 800*600. does anyone know how to change the quality of the graphics?
