Best GTX 970 for under 400?

Msi or Asus, algo evga but i think a little behind those two, although still great.

Asus and MSI have the nice fan technology where they idle until they are actually needed. The Asus, runs on a single 8 pin connector, which some can attribute to lower overclocking potential.

The Gigabyte G1 Gaming is a great choice, but slightly noisier. It does seem to overclock very well though.

Asus Strix
MSI Gaming
Gigabyte G1
