Let the info fly!
In your opinion/experience, what is the best HSF for a
T-Bird?

I take into consideration:

1) Will this monster fit? (LOL)
(I am gonna be using A7V133 mb, dont think room is a problem there)

2) Best fan for air flow

3) Best HS for drawing out the heat

4) Best thermal compond

5) Noise levels
(anyone have a comparison of db levels to something a non audiologist could understand?)

6) Price

7) Looks? huh?
If you buy a HSF based on looks in my opinion you are an idiot. Who the hell is gonna see it LOL
OK if your rich / insane have a case window and some funky neon lights inside. (You need a woman! LOL)

I personnaly will be using A7V133 w/at least a 900MHz T-Bird
My Antec SX830 tower with the 4 case fans is due to arrive at any moment
Thinking of maybe one of those pci slot type exhaust fans too.

if you've got the dough go for the swiftech. they'll guarantte at least 20c

If you can't beat 'em kill 'em
athlon "SLOTA" thunderbird 700@1050mhz

Isnt the fan on the Swifttech extremely loud?
Anyone gone with the swifttech heatsink and a different (quieter) fan?
I figure Im shellin out some good dough on this puppy and it WILL be cool.
Im using Antec SX830 with the 4 case fans.
Still looking into the HSF peice.
I dont think I need to worry about getting a big ass HSF because the mobo I will be purchasing (think Im getting) is Asus A7V133. I beleive there is tons of room for HSF
Also was thinking of another slot type exhuast fan
