Best memory for ryzen 5 1500x

My set up is a Ryzen 5 1500x, Asrocj 350M Pro4 MB, MSI RX 560, and the case and other stuff. I can not decide on Memory, I have looked at different models of 2666 and 2800. I am hiding the Timing of them difficult. Some are 15-15-15-37 or 16-16-16-39, what are these numbers in reference to and what is the fastest and smoothest memory for a 1500x in 2666-2800 range. looking at 2x4gb dual sticks, currently I'm looking to put around 70-80 into the memory, unless ther is some so amazing that I should be looking else where.

tRCD: RAS to CAS Delay
tRP: RAS Precharge.
tRAS: Active

37 is the CL. The lower the CL , the better it is.

i would get the 2666MHz and 2x8GB, go 2x4GB if you are on a budget

update, i would not get any of the single rank memory, only dual, and they only have 16GB duals so try Crucial's website for compatible dual channel if you can, if your mobo supports it. if it doesn't, you might want a mobo that does.
