Best mobo and chipset for ivy bridge

I am planning on an ivy bridge lga 1155 build. What chipset and mobo should i choose i plan to overclock to 4.0ghz i need it with front usb 3.0 connectors and pci e 3.0 and amazon only under $160

So, I would give it 5 stars but have not filled in a review! I have that board and for the price it is a good board.
