best monitor for 200$

hello.
So i need a new monitor for FHD gaming(of course) that is about 23-24 inch(can be bigger) and an ips panel,dont care for the response time so picture quality over speed.I was thinking about getting Asus vx239h,but i am inexperienced about monitors so i am asking u guys.I will be using it for games like fallout 4,bf4,war thunder,and a lot of other good sp and mp games.And can go over a couple of bucks.

You do know that response time is quite important for gaming right? The response time for the Asus vx239h is 5ms, which would be decent, but I recommend (I have 2 of this monitor) the Asus VN247H. It is excellent for all around use, it is 23.6", and it has a 1ms response time, and it also doesn't have that much bezel. It's a bit over the price range but you said you could go over a bit.
