best monitor with these specs?

so i would like to change my monitor but i dont know in which should i change it;
my ideal monitor would be with:
1 ms input lag
1920x1080 res.
more than 60 hz
not too big (21.5 inches is ideal)
led? (should i get led or lcd?)
cost less than 200$

its lcd but i dont know if i should go for it or get a led one, what would you suggest me?

hello there lcd is becoming old technology whereas led is new technology, led offers better color production than lcd. but that monitor looks decent for the price, anything with higher than 75hz is gonna cost more than that one your looking at so its your choice. hope this helps
