Best motherboard for AMD P II X6 1090T

Which motherboard could I get the best for the AMD Phenom II X6 1090T?
My previous motherboard died (Asrock 870 Extreme3) and my hardware supplieer couldn't deliver this board anymore.

My current setup is:
4GB Kingstong Value RAM (1333 Mhz)
Asus EAH6870
AMD Phenom II X6 1090t Black Edition

I hope you guys could suggest me a nice motherboard for around 120$ max

I have the 970 extreme and the chipset gets a bit hot. Mine was hitting 62c till I added the side panel fan. Get a fan for your side panel to blow on the chipset if possible. My side panel fan points mainly at the GPU but the chipset gets enough air to dip down to 50c.
