Best motherboard for i5 6600K

Hello,
I need a new motherboard for an i5 6600K CPU for overclocking to 4.6GHz.
What I need:
1. Overclocking support.
2. DDR4 memory support.
3. 4 memory slots.
4. USB 3.1 support.
5. Don't want an overpriced board. Value and Performance is top priority

1. Asus Z170-P
2. Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3P
3. Gigabyte GA-Z170M-D3H
4. Gigabyte GA-Z170-D3H
5. MSI Z170-A PRO
6. MSI Z170A PC Mate

Which one is the best motherboard for me?
They have the same price.

Your're probably best off with the Asus, or one of the Gigabyte's. Nothing wrong with MSI either, but i put the other two brands on top.

EDIT: The Asus doesn't have USB 3.1, only 3.0 according to Newegg.com. Neither does the GA-Z170M-D3H or GA-Z170-D3H.
Out of the listed i would choose the HD3P.

All are pretty much entry level mobos, great for 'value' though not so much 'performance' wise, I'd spend a bit more and move up to the Asus Z97-A or Pro Gaming

Will ASUS Z170-A be better for overclocking? Can I do overclock to 4.5~4.6GHZ?

Yes and yes, depending on the individual CPU, have seen some 6600Ks that top out at 4.4, it's a ll a silicon lettery thing as far as how high an individual CPU can go
