Which cooler should be enough for Athlon 455?

If you can only afford ten bucks, that rules out most decent coolers, capable of dissipating at least 95W. I suggest you look for a special deal on AliExpress or a second hand eBay cooler.

This tiny AM3 cooler is nearly $13 and is way too small for my liking.

I use Thermaltake and Noctual coolers on most systems.
