Best Motherboard For LGA775 socket?

Hey guys i need the best motherboard out there that is under 200 dollars that supports LGA 775 processors (preferably Intel Core 2 quads like Q9650) and has support up to at LEAST 16 GB of ram at 1066 Mhz. Also I need the mobo to have a lot of 3 pins or 4 for system fans. The graphics card can either be PCI Express 2.0 X16 or 3.0 X16... THANKS GUYS!!! please surprise me with good mobos!

That's gonna be hard .... it's very hard to recommend investing money in such a long dead platform. But if that's the only option ... here's a micro ATX board and only 2 fan headers but you could use one for CPU and a PCB for the other 3

As for 16GB, it only has 8. Full ATX I imagine is completely washed outta teh channel leaving ebay as your only option and hope you don't get a dud.
