Question Best Nas for Plex

I have 50Tb of media on a Lenovo tower server. Want to try a Nas that can transcode as well as have enough CPU ram etc for 5 users
Any suggestions please with or without hard drives. I only use Plex at the moment. Will eventually have 60tb etc

When you say that, do you mean VMs or 5 simultaneous transcoded streams or just 5 simultaneous streams ?

Thank you for your reply the most users I have at any one time is 5 maybe 1 transcode maybe none
