"Best cooling" should be for intel. For the system they used on their 28-core 5ghz cpu

putting something in the place of a second graphics card isnt a terrible idea (referencing picture 5), imagine a GPU thats built like EVGA's hybrid cooler cards but with the radiator and fan mounted right below it disguised as a second GPU, that would look really damn clean. the radiator could then be the same length as the actual gpu, which should give great cooling
