I do not like the options I have seen, the examples are in the link below.
My budget is about $200. I can do the assembly, but I just cannot options I am happy with..

I was thinking about finding some 3-D print designs because I have a friend who would probably print them for me for cost.
Mainly this will be a computer I can take everywhere to learn basic Python coding and Linux.
I am thinking roughly a 10"screen and standard to slightly smaller sized keyboard.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just because I could NEVER use a 3/4 size keyboard, what about a PI 400 -- https://www.raspberrypi.com/products/raspberry-pi-400/ ?
Yes, that doesn't satisfy the battery...

Yes, that doesn't satisfy the battery power or monitor, but it is already a complete computer.
