Best power supply my system? First time builder..

Optical Drives: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer
Cooler: Cryorig H7

What would be the best option for me power supply? I used the site that calculates everything nd it said around 400w but for some reason I feel I should get somewhere around 600w. Is having too much wattage a problem/issue? Thank you! Please recommend power supplies
