I'm looking for a PSU to power a 750 Ti and Dell Optiplex 960 SFF, it also has to be Micro ATX, does anyone know what is the lowest PSU I can get without frying it?

Solution

That's not really required in this case. The Optiplex 960 SFF came with anything from a Core2Duo E8400 (65W) to a Core2Quad E9650 - a 95W chip.

Assuming the 95W chip, one or two HDDs max (as SFF), motherboard etc & the 750TI (a ~60W card), you'd be lucky if the max draw of the rig is even capable of exceeding 200W. You can add on 30% (60W), you can even add a flat 100W for a buffer, and a 300W+ PSU is all you'll ever need.

Ultimately, it's a workstation machine, with a low powered GPU. It doesn't need a 'top of the line' PSU (although better safe than sorry).

The EVGA 430W would be...

The EVGA 430W would be more than sufficient. It's a little bit of a 'lesser' PSU, but still more than capable of handling this rig. $20 after rebate: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/HvTmP6/evga-power-supply-100w10430kr

Antec VP450 - same idea as the EVGA http://pcpartpicker.com/product/MnR48d/antec-power-supply-vp450
