Looking mainly for quality and life expectancy.
If possible, Haswell compatibility.

I would stick to 550 watts and I believe the Corsair CX (Grey and Black Label not green label version) and EVGA GD are about the same quality. I would get whichever is cheaper. Although the Corsair CX (grey and Black Label) has proven to be a good little budget PSU.
