Best Quality/price pc controller

HI, i am looking for a good pc controller mainly to play racing games(but other stuff too).
i want a cheap but good one.

Get a wired XBOX 360 controller. Most games support it out of the box, its proven to be good, and is ridiculously easy to set up.

Best racing wheel (unless you want something else for driving games for some reason) for a decent price is the Logitech force feedback one. About $100 http://gaming.logitech.com/en-us/product/driving-force-gt-gaming-wheel

There are better ones but they go to about $200.

The cheaper ones just feel cheap, no resistance or tracking, the force feedback is nice to have.
