Question Best RTX 2080?

First off i know! Sorry this question is a big question, but i cant seem to find a good answer.

I got €1000 as budget, so no rtx 2080 TI, and i want the best performance for my money.

So what is the best rtx 2080? Or a better videocard for that price =)

Maybe GTX 1080 Ti 11GB, 100$ more expensive, but its better. And Ray tracing is unlocked for GTX

You don't need to spend that much, most of the RTX 2080's will perform very close.

The short answear is the cheapest one. Unless you wont do any extreme overclock you really dont need to pay the "premium" for 3-4% extra fps. Personally i have palit rtx 2080 and never had a problem.

I have an evga xc ultra. I'm enjoying it very much. I believe it's the middle line for the xc cards. It perform very well.

As far as the 1080ti being better(with Ray tracing) I'll have to completely disagree. Ray tracing tends to defeat even the 2080ti and absolutely murders performance on any 10 series card. While they may trade blows without ray tracing, the newer architecture on the 20 series cards usually wins. Imo the 2080 is a much better card than the 1080ti, and neither card is a slouch by any means.
