Hello-

This is what I have,

Core2Quad Q6600
Asus P5N-E Mobo - which I'm unhappy with due to card config
X-Fi PCI-E
Sapphire 3870x2
and Giel DDR2 800 2mb x 2 = 4mb

I've had a few OC'd rigs in the past- favorite of which was an Abit NF7-S v2 and a 2.4 AMD Atholon that thing OC'd like a champ on air quite close to 3.0ghz, favorite machine of all time with an X800 pro.

Anyway-

I game competitively and I'm used to a super smooth machine and gameplay, this latest rig doesn't seem to run quite as well or fluid as my other machines used to, (On the same game, Americas Army). I've been away from the gaming scene for a few years and am getting back into it and with this newest machine- it seems my game stutters like it never used to, and it's not my net-

I would like to stick with the same processor (which should OC like I'm looking for), Memory, (which I would like to upgrade in the future, possibly faster speed or DDR3) and Video Card, which will ofcourse get upgraded probably sometime this year.

The problem that I have mostly with this computer is that even with Rivia Tuner to cool the vga- and good case airflow the sound card butts up directly to it and I can see my temps shoot up high during periods of gaming.

I'm looking for a mobo that allows more space or an extra slot for PCI-E between my VGA and Sound Card, a mobo that OC's like a champ and allows for a large, unrestricted, CPU Fan, and has the latest chipset. Doesn't neccisarily have to be DDR3 being that the technology is still infantile- that can be an upgrade latter on w/ an i7 or AMD after the Phenom2 setup.

What do you guys think?? Links, pics, a/s/l, or noods plz.

Thanks in advance-
