Best Socket 939 mobo with AGP?

Hey guys,
I've been lost in the era of socket A for a long time and have finally decided to upgrade to 939, which was modern two years ago . Anyway, I've a good agp card and don't want to lose it, an x800 xt AIW.
Now for motherboards, it's pretty slim pickings. I've hunted around and found reviews and such, but I wanted the opinions of the community here before I completely commit.
Available boards are an Asus AV8 (K8T800 chipset) and a MSI Neo2 (nForce3 ultra), along with the couple of bottom-of-the-barrel boards still on Newegg.
I'm planning on running an Athlon 64 4000+ with a gig of RAM. Oc'ing isn't super important to me.
Any insights?

The Dual VSTA from ASRock is the best option. It allows you to keep using AGP, with the option to eventually go to PCIe
