Honestly man, I really wouldn't bother replacing the soundcard, its pointless. Most soundcards that don't cost a fortune are really just equivalent to onboard audio. Is your onboard audio really that bad?

I'm sure there are better than onboard, and I want better music quality.
I can notice diffrences between soundcards and onboard, I listen to alot of music haha.
There ARE sound cards that are better than onboard, but getting one for $50 isn't going to happen.
Also, aside from the fact that just listening to a lot of music doesn't mean anything, are your speakers and audio files both HD audio capable? If they aren't, it's even more of a waste.
