Best upgrade for my pc

Hello, so i have a not that great pc so i want to upgrade it. So my budget are very low about 150 euros and im thinking to upgrade the gpu so i dont have one.

My specs:
AMD A10-5800K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
RAM 8.0 GB

Should i go for gtx 950?

If you are using the iGPU now, yes. The GPU is definitely the first thing to upgrade. The GTX 950 would be better than what you have now, for sure. Do you know the make and model of your PSU?
