best used gpu $100-$200 ?

I'm looking for the best gpu on ebay between 100-200 dollars. I would buy new but my budget and goal don't allow me to buy a new card for my system. I have been looking cards like the gtx 960, 680, r9 280x, r9 380 etc.

Not sure I would recommend an r9 290 or 290x with a reference cooler, the card throttle themselves because they run so hot.

If you're okay with a jet engine in your PC it does the job
