CS:GO is CPU speed respondent at 1080p, but in your price range, a faster GHz processor is out of the question. However you can make up for it with the 6GB GTX 1060 video card that the Predator 300 has (most in the sub-1000€ category have at best a slower 3GB version).
Hands down I'd go with the Predator. Now you may want to look into getting one with a larger capacity hard drive over one with an SSD. It does however have a spare 2.5" drive bay for a second hard drive for your game storage. Laptop HDDs are cheap these days. The Predator 300 I saw only had a 256GB SSD.
