Question Best value recommendation for DRAM SSD

i looking for SSD 2.5 that use DRAM. with 480Gb - 512Gb storage size.

Some SSD official site not mention about DRAM implementation.

Here the list SSD that available in my country,

• Crucial MX500 500GB
• Gigabyte SSD 480GB
• Kingston SSD Now SA400 480GB
• Patriot Burst SATA3 480GB
• Sandisk SSD Plus 480GB

I think list above has DRAM but iam not sure.

What best SSD 2.5 DRAM from list above?
