best water cooling for intel i7-4790k using a fractal design define r5 case

looking for an all in one liquid cpu cooler that will fit in the subject case to cool the subject processor.
budget is roughly 100-150 USD

Why do you want a liquid cooler? Your case can fit any good air cooler. For your budget, a Noctua NH-D15 will do almost as well as any higher end water coolers, it's way quieter, and it won't have a chance of leaking. Plus it's only 90 USD

If you wanted to really go that route (even though you can fit massive air coolers due to the width of this case) a corsair h110 fits very nicely inside the case.
