Sorry if this has been asked and answered before. I swear I searched and couldn't find the answer.
I just built a new gaming PC for my kid. Thing is, it is now the best PC in the household. If I want to occasionally play games on it myself, is it better to (a) set up multiple users on the Steam app itself, or (b) create a second Windows profile (Win10- Home) and install my Steam stuff there? Any significant pros/cons to either setup?
One consideration is that he is (almost) 12. While he plays stuff like Mortal Combat and CoD, there may be games I want to play that I wouldn't want him playing. Would a separate Windows profile provide a better separation between our activity?
If there are guides or other published opinions on this stuff, please feel free to point me in that direction.
