Best way to hook up to external 4k/tv or Monitor

My Asus laptop has thunderbolt port and want to hook up to new external 4k TV or monitor. I want to achieve 60fps/htz. Is it possible?

I don't think any monitors have thunderbolt ports. 4k@60hz needs either HDMI 2.0 or displayport, which your laptop should have one of those, but maybe not Hdmi 2.0, maybe 1.3 or 1.4

What model is it.
