Best z370 pro4 RAM

Im planning on upgrading my current build to coffee lake. Im planing on buying an i5-8400 and an asrock z370 pro4 motherboard. Also I dont really understand that can I use single 8gb ram on the motherboard or I only can use 2x4GB ram. Can I use this ram for my build or i have to find another ram that maybe u guys can help me find one on this site? https://www.lazada.com.my

Suggest you look at the approved memory list and purchase matching ram from that.

Yes you can use that RAM. You can use a single 8GB or 2x4GB. Do not purchase 2x4GB...
That motherboard supports dual-channel so you can take advantage of that by purchasing a kit of RAM that has 2x sticks.

This is a 2x8GB kit. 16GB will be enough RAM for gaming and tasking. You will not need to upgrade for a while if it's just that that you are doing.
