Best z77 Mobo for gaming around $150

Im building my first PC and need help choosing the best intel Z77 Mobo for my system out of the many that are available. My budget is loosely around $150, and im using this PC for high end gaming. I want a board that's is as "future proof" as possible and that can overclock well to handle gaming. The rest of my rig is:

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop processor (or maybe the 3570K)
GPU: Geforce GTX 670 2GB 256-bit GDDR5

RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3

HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive
