Heya, I am quiet new to Tomshardware (well account wise, created my account yesterday) if you would go easy on me it would be appreciated 😀)

Power Supply: COOLER MASTER Silent Pro Gold Series 1000W - $199.99

Cooling: I don't believe in overclocking (I know that most of you tend to do it - but where I live the stuff isn't as cheap as in USA) I won't add anything unnecessary if one does not overclock.

DVD Burner: SONY Black 12X BD-R 2X BD-RE 8X DVD+R 5X DVD-RAM 8X - $139.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827118049

Total cost: $1992.9

Now I do hope that this is according to the specifications.

Might consider using 4GB modules (2x4GB) so you have two open memory slots available for an "if needed" upgrade past 8GB.

The 3TB drive just isn't a good buy. For $280 you can get three Samsung F4 2TB drives and still have some money left over...

Cooler Master is OK at best. Corsair, Antec, XFX or Seasonic...

the silent pro gold 1000w psu scored a 9.5/10 at jonny guru. that is the same score the ax 1200 got. i would call that psu great at least.

I am just posting this for him, please do not think this is mine;
My brother will create his acc asap, his nick will be "tacaar" (if its still available.
