Better GPU for 945GCT-HM motherboard?

Hello,

My computer has an intergrated GPU from Intel and it performs very badly with games. So I wondered if it is possibly to upgraded it. My computer specs are:

Motherboard: 945GCT-HM (Livermore8)
CPU: e2240
ram: 2gb
PSU: ATX 300 beztec

I have read other simmilar questions on the forum but I couldn't really find an awnser.

Err, it will better to build new one than upgrading...

it will worth more..... (my opinion)
