Better Graphics Card for HP G62-364DX Laptop

Hello, I would like to buy a new graphics card and maybe a new processor for my HP G62-364DX laptop. I would like a new one to specifically play COD Black Ops II. According to Game Debate they say that the lowest AMD GPU to play it is the "Radeon HD 4650 1GB". The lowest AMD CPU is the "Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3600+" but I already have a better one.
The specs of my laptop are bellow:

  ■ Video Graphics: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 Graphics(I have to upgrade this)
  ■ Microprocessor: 2.40GHz VISION Technology from AMD with AMD Turion II Dual-Core Mobile Processor P540
  ■ Power: 65W AC Adapter and a 6-Cell 47WHr Lithium-Ion Battery

laptop graphics card is not upgradable. The chip is soldered on the motherboard. The only parts in laptop that can be upgraded are memory and hard drive.
