RMA Ratio means nothing. You need to understand FSP has a spectrum of PSUs. It is mostly because FSP makes high quality ones, but the NEX is a Tier 3. THat is not high quality. That is like a CX psu. Especially since the price of the B2 is 50$!, there is no reason to do that.

If a company has the lowest RMA that means they are doing something right. Also I don't like the one you chose. Have you checked jonney guru. That PSU suffers from soldering related issues and strictly average minor rail regulation. If you are going for top quality you would have to go with the G2
