Zooming in all the way, then calling the strike does it for me.

Yep, it's already pretty accurate as it is.

If you are trying to take out a stationary sniper try dropping a supply
crate on top of them.

LOL Does that actually work? Have to try that sometime. I'd love to see it

Yes, I have been a victim. It counts as a suicide, the enemy commander
didn't score a point.

Sure thing it works, hurts if it's your commander breaking your neck with a
crate, though. 😛
